LOLCA aims to create a heart felt, healing mosaic of individualized, self taped content titled, Your Story, Your Voice. A platform providing authentic, diary-based storytelling. The GOOD. The BAD. The UGLY. LOLCA is working with YouTube & Facebook for this community outreach program. We aim to create hope and dignity often lost in antiquated stigmatization. It is our experience a voice found leads to hope, and hope opens the door to healing. How can you help? Be part of the change! Check us out! Subscribe and like our page(s) on YouTube & Facebook
Why donate? Your donations are a key factor providing the necessary funds to hire the best production team possible for superior manageability of all content. All uploaded content, "Your Story, Your Voice" on our You Tube and Facebook sites, will empower LOLCA to further our outreach efforts in critical communities across our United States, providing a unique and healing environment full of hope through shared stories for individuals in crisis. A place where perhaps for the first time in years, they find their voice.
LOLCA’s outreach through film is just around the corner! Our team is gearing up to work with some pretty cool film makers. They will help us produce and develop a film based series of age appropriate, educational videos we hope to see splashed across the country in doctors offices, waiting rooms, your dentist's office, at the airport, and perhaps in that taxi cab your riding in!
At LOLCA we shoot for the stars, and speaking of stars, our goal is to see an educational teaser trail tailored to film ratings, in front of every movie, in all movie theaters across our country!
Why your donation is essential to the success of this program? Film equipment, production costs, great directors and actors cost money. BIG MONEY! This fun and informative educational, outreach approach is a key element in reaching a large audience, both young and old.
In every state across our country fellow Americans are dying from this deadly disease we call substance abuse. With shame and stigmatization these citizens face, finding hope in recovery is difficult. It is made even more difficult due to a lack of much needed available beds. A safe harbor when all hope is lost. Many cities, towns, boroughs just do not have the space and/or funds necessary. Team LOLCA is acutely aware of this issue. Our heart and love are extended to the victims and their families of this deadly disease.
LOLCA is thrilled to share some exciting news! We are in the development of an educational, film based curriculum geared toward K through college students. We are working on acquiring a team of experts both in the medical field and educational field, with a keen understanding in regards to addiction. LOLCA is also working with a Denver based artist, Heidi Huber to develop a pretty cool puppet family facilitating a gentle, more nurturing approach to learning within the classroom setting for elementary schools.
Film is a fantastic learning tool that keeps kids engaged! It is a great way to “Get the conversation started.”
How does your donation apply? I’m glad you asked! Team LOLCA is committed to hiring nothing but the best when it comes to educating our children. Your children. This cost money!
